How often do we all exclaim,”deep down, my heart knows it!”, “my heart keeps thinking of you!”, “my heart rules my head!” etc. Could our hearts really think? Could our hearts be storing our memories??
Yes, each cell in our body has memory. It is called cellular memory. It is not just our neurons and neural pathways in the brain that store and activate our memories. Our organs do it too, specially the heart! This phenomenon has been observed by doctors and researchers who deal with patients undergoing major transplants of organs, more so in patients with heart transplants! Many of the recipients of heart transplantation have shown remarkable changes in their thinking and behaviours. Many have undergone surprising changes in their personality traits. And all these changes have been noticed by the recipients and by their families. These were noticed to have an uncanny resemblance to the traits that the dead donor had earlier, as recounted by the bereaved family members!

I don’t know all the theories about our hearts and memories.. but I do know one thing: I have memories that tear my heart into pieces..
we all do.. I guess
yes, we all have memories in our hearts that are sometimes colourful and sometimes dull and grey and dark. but isn’t the heart becoming stronger because of these tearing memories? i agree, it can be very destabilizing. but Life has its own ways of tutoring us. lets take heart!
I agree with this theory because the Bible says about this. Inoder for a person to change or transform his heart has to change. Now for a person with a healthy heart dosent need a transplant. So how can a person change … only God can change a person. The bible says that God gives us a new heart and that will change a person. This is the greatest miracle, the transformation of a person. In the book of revelation it is said ” Behold I said at the door and knock (the door of your heart) if you respond Jesus will come in and change your life upside down.
